As we stand here on the cusp of the NHL free agent signing period, I can't help but wonder if Dale Tallon is already blowing it.  Tampa Bay has been extremely active already, trading draft picks for negotiating rights, and has managed to lock up two guys I'd have liked to see in Hawks sweaters: Ryan Malone and Gary Roberts.
