KANE FEATURED IN NEW VIDEO GAME
Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane will be featured in a new video game due out this fall, HOCKEENIGHT has learned.
The new game features several challenges that the player, as Kane, will have to face. The final challenge is getting a cab on Buffalo's Chippewa Place, and ride the cab to Eastwood Place, and be able to secure $1.20 change from $15.
"This is gonna be the baddest, most violent, ass-kicking GTA ever!" said one gamer named Khalil. "I plan on spending hours in the basement every night blowing Buffalo up!"
Buffalo native Kane seemed to be a natural for the main character in the game. "At first, I didn't buy Kane as hardcore," Khalil said. "But once he meets up with his cousin, it's ON!"
At one point in the game, Kane has to pick up music star Taylor Swift. "Kane tells her he doesn't have a girlfriend, and it's your job as Kane to prevent Taylor from finding out. If she finds out, you get sent to the locker room, where there's a Taylor Swift poster in your locker, and you lose points," according to a game developer.
Another hockey player in the game is Detroit star Johan Franzen. "One of the obstacles Kane faces is Franzen, and if you make one wrong move then Franzen yanks out your mouthguard and throws it to the ground," the developer continued.
While Kane is also featured on the cover of NHL10, this promises to be at least as popular a title. "Look, you get the NHL game, and you know what Kane can do," Khalil explained. "But nobody ever expect Kane to start kicking ass. So what if the cabbie's old enough to be his grandfather?"
The Chicago Blackhawks offered no comment at the time of this report.

Hey, you're now in the same club as TDubbs and Morph.

This post gave me a nice chuckle this morning. I think Kane's mug shot would fit in better on the game cover.

I never question ChuckD's photoshops, I just thank God for them.

Damn, we gotta get him to replace the mustache guy on the cover with Quenneville.

I hear the game starts out pretty easy, but then gets a bunch harder after you complete the "Undress Roberto Luongo" level.

These games get more and more detailed as the years go by. I think its really cool how they incorporate celebrities into GTA. I have owned 4 GTA's over the past 5/6 years so its a no brainer that I will purchase this one.
