HELP A BROTHER OUT: A Good Cause

Our good friend/Colin Fraser doppelganger Matt from Second City Hockey is doing something worthwhile this weekend, and we should help him out.

He's participating in Fight Gone Bad 5,  a fundraising event for Livestrong, Wounded Warrior and the Crossfit Foundation. All good charities. So far these events have managed to raise a couple mildo for good causes.

What Matt has to do to raise dough is move through 5 different stations. Here's what he needs to do:

  • Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
  • Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row: calories (Calories)
And all I have to do to raise money is dance with beautiful women.

Seriously, it's always cool to see people doing more to help others than just cutting a check. Although, please, kick the guy a few bucks. Especially since I've given him enough shit for your entertainment that he's earned it.

And if you have time on Saturday, swing down to the event, cheer everyone on, and have some fun.

And, if you're really lucky, Matt will puke. In which case, everyone wins.
